Basingstoke North Division and Deputy Labour Group Leader
Jacky is the representative for the Basingstoke North Division and the Deputy Leader of the HCC Labour Group.
Jacky is a member of the Children and Young People Select Committee and is the official Labour Spokesperson for that area of the council’s work.
She is also a Basingstoke and Deane Borough Councillor for the Popley ward.
